C.L.A.Y. PRACTICE
THIS PROGRAM IS ALL ABOUT CREATING ELITE ATHLETES FROM A HOLISTIC VIEWPOINT AND IT TAKES NO SHORTCUTS.
ATHLETES IN THIS PROGRAM WILL LEARN TO TRUST THEIR MINDS AND THEIR BODIES DURING ANY ATHLETIC ENDEAVOR. THEY WILL LEARN HOW TO OPERATE AND THRIVE IN BOTH TEAM AND INDIVIDUAL SETTINGS. THEY WILL LEARN SUCCESS AND FAILURE AND HOW TO TREAT BOTH WITH THE APPROPRIATE RESPECT.
THIS IS C.L.A.Y.’S FLAGSHIP PROGRAM, THE ONE FROM WHICH ALL OTHERS EMANATE. COACH MILO, OUR HEAD COACH, TEACHES THE TENETS OF THIS PROGRAM WORLD WIDE. DERIVATIVES OF THIS PROGRAM ARE BEING USED IN SCHOOLS AND SPORTS PROGRAMS IN MULTIPLE COUNTRIES.
THE TYPICAL PRACTICE
PRACTICE LAST 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES
PRACTICE BEGINS WITH ATHLETES WARMING-UP WITH A COACH
COACHES EXPLAIN THE STATIONS AND ACTIVITIES WITHIN EACH STATION.
ATHLETES ARE SENT TO DIFFERENT FITNESS STATIONS WHERE THEY WILL COMPLETE THE EXERCISES AND DRILLS FOR A PRESCRIBED TIME PERIOD BEFORE SWITCHING TO THE NEXT STATION.
AFTER COMPLETING A CYCLE OF THE PHYSICAL STATIONS, ATHLETES COME TOGETHER FOR ACTIVITIES IN THE SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL STATIONS.
ATHLETES THEN RETURN TO THE PHYSICAL STATIONS FOR A SECOND ROUND.
PRACTICES FINISH WITH A GAME GEARED TOWARD CHALLENGING THEM PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY.
BANDS
ATHLETES WILL TEST AT THE END OF THE FIRST SEMESTER TO SEE WHAT COLOR BAND THEY WILL RECEIVE. THE BANDS DETERMINE THE ATHLETES SKILL LEVEL. WE FULLY EXPECT THE ATHLETES WHO REACH THE HIGHEST BAND COLORS WILL BE CAPABLE OF BEING PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES - IF THAT IS WHAT THEY CHOOSE. CLICK HERE TO REQUEST A REGISTRATION PACKET.
